Did you change your mind or its not the right fit?
Besgrove Embroidery products are shipped in good quality. Besgrove Embroidery is not required to issue a refund, however we will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit within 10 days of the purchase if all items are returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with original tags.
Besgrove Embroidery is not liable for damage incurred during delivery and reserves the right to refuse the return of an item if it is deemed faulty or is received outside of the 10 day period.
All exchanged products will be at the customers own expense. You will need to organise and pay for your own postal packaging for Besgrove Embroidery to send your exchanged item back in. Please include your tax invoice in your return.
